This position will be responsible for the management of processes that will allow IDC to successfully complete a complex research document in a timely manner.

• Create a dashboard to manage 200+ projects.
• Scoping out and managing a dashboard and escalation process.
• Mapping out milestones to help with escalation management.
• Build a relationship with all of the Project Coordinators (all levels) and be in constant communication around where escalations need to be identified.
  • Create and implement new escalation processes as needed.
• Communicate with project coordinators and analysts on the methodology changes
• Support initiatives to enhance overall methodology
• Communicate & interact with IDC clients related to teams project needs
• Communicate & interact with IDC analysts, sales and product management related to methodology
• Ability to review the end reports that are developed by analysts for Product Manager review
• Manage small team of Senior Project Coordinators
• Ability to communicate with leadership around sensitive issues that arise.
• Ability to manage stakeholders expectations around new escalation implementations.

• Applicants should have at least 10 years working experience in project management. 5 years minimum experience managing another employees workload
• Willing to work 7pm to 4am shift local time in Manila to maximize overlap with U.S time zones
• Ability to communicate and interact with many different personalities and roles within and outside the organization
• Extremely organized, good with time management and communicates succinctly and often
• Willingness to identify areas of need and to be able to assist by taking on many different types of project activities
• Experience building out training materials and delivering training programs in an organization
• Reliable
• Excellent English language skill – spoken and written
• Strong writing skills with the ability to synthesize various inputs into a written format
• Anticipates and heads off problems that can jeopardize deadlines
