As a key member of the Attendee Acquisition Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving attendance and engagement for events in APAC region. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing attendee registrations, ensuring a high level of participation and satisfaction. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to meeting event goals. This is a contract position for a period of one year.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify potential attendees through various channels including social media, email campaigns, industry networks, and databases. Conduct outreach to prospective attendees and cultivate relationships to drive registrations.
• Database Management:
Maintain and update accurate records of leads and attendees in the event database. Track progress, conversions, and engagement metrics to refine strategies.
• Campaign Execution:
Assist in the creation and execution of targeted email and digital marketing campaigns to promote event registration. Work with the marketing team to ensure messaging resonates with key audience segments.
• Customer Support & Engagement:
Provide timely and professional responses to attendee inquiries related to event registration, logistics, and general information. Ensure an excellent customer experience from initial contact to event day.
• Onsite/Event-Day Support:
Assist with event check-in, registration, and any last-minute attendee needs on the day of the event.
• Data Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on registration metrics, attendee demographics, and feedback to improve future acquisition efforts.
