Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 software tracker analysts based in the Bangalore office.
- Oversee the implementation of tracking methodologies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end process of software tracking, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
- Leverage expert-level modeling skills to support data-driven decision-making and enhance the performance of the team.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in managing software tracker teams or similar functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
