Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Market Research candidate with 2-3 years of customer-facing primary research experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting in-depth market analysis, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct primary research through vendor, channel and end user interviews.
- Analyze market trends and purchase behavior to provide strategic recommendations.
- Present findings to clients and internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

The analyst will be covering various trackers in the Imaging, Printing and Document Solutions domain on quarterly basis. These are HCP Tracker (Hard-Copy Peripherals), Industrial Printer, Document Scanners, Printer Consumables, Imaging Market Solutions Tracker, among others.

In addition, the analyst needs to support any consulting projects related to IPDS (Imaging Printing & Document Solutions) domain.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of relevant work experience
· Strong data management and analysis skill
· Strong writing skill
· Understanding of trading business
· Client management skill
· Strong interviewing skills. Able to probe questions/ has inquisitorial talent
· Responsible and accountable
· Strong logical thinking
· Strong interest in research
· Enthusiastic in learning new business strategy
· Good listener
· Strong time management skills
· Experience in peripherals (specially printers) market will be an advantage
