In this position, we are looking for an analyst to join our Japan security and/or network research practice while accumulating knowledge about the security and /or network markets. The analyst will write reports on Security Products/Solutions and/or Network, provide relevant custom research, and take over the research knowledge of these two market fields from senior analysts. In Japan, while demand for research into the Security and Network markets is increasing, the biggest bottleneck is the lack of time available to senior analysts for business development. In addition, the transfer of deep research knowledge about the security and network markets is an essential issue from a long-term perspective.

  • Network equipment: Router, Ethernet switch, Wireless LAN equipment, SDN, Telecom Operator infrastructure etc.]
  • Scope of work: Market Forecast, Vendor Share analysis, and user demand survey through the interviews with vendors and distribution channels, analysis of quantitative data, web survey and so on.

• Relationship establishment with security solution vendors and/or network equipment vendors

• Those who have knowledge of IT security technologies, solutions and/or markets and working experience in security marketing, implementation and operations related to security at security solution vendors, system integrators, security service providers and/or telecom operators.
• English proficiency: Basic conversation, e-mail communication (read and write)
• Japanese: native level (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Excel (pivot table creation/utilization skill), Word, PowerPoint
• College graduate or above
