We're looking for a driven and autonomous Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic APAC-wide recruiting team. In this pivotal role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the APAC region. While the core of your responsibilities will involve hiring for critical Data & Analytics positions, you'll also have the opportunity to support recruitment for other diverse and exciting roles within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from intake meetings and role definition to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top-tier talent for diverse roles.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability.
  • Proactively manage and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging CRM tools and maintaining regular communication.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Data & Analytics and/or IT roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple requisitions concurrently.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools and platforms.\
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
