• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounting books including managing accounting daily operations e.g., GL schedules
• Perform month-end closing GL journal entries and including worldwide (WW)/ intercompany journal entries
• Prepare and maintain any ad-hoc non-GL accounting entries where needed
• Prepare and ensure timely preparation of monthly financial reports, and management reports.
• Provide reconciliation and provide insights via flux analysis on PnL and Balance Sheet
• Perform weekly cashflow forecasting (GL focused)
• Facilitate weekly cashflow forecasting updates to Treasury by partnering with accounts payable and account receivables teams
• Perform and facilitate intercompany balance reconciliation and confirmations
• Participate/ drive process and ERP system improvements, enhancements, etc.
• Ensure that financial reporting of the company is in accordance with the relevant governing standards, rules and regulations
• Ensure all requirements adhere to internal control proceduresLiaise with auditors, tax consultants, regulators, and government offices
• Other/ additional job scope as determined by reporting manager (note scope may change in accordance with the growth/ development of the Finance organization)

• Bachelor in Accounting or related
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Big 4 auditing
• Preferably with commercial accounting experience maintaining full set of books
• Working in MNC and Shared Services environment a plus.
