Objective: Provide client fulfillment and production support for IDC's Global Data Products based on subscription and/or ad-hoc data requests.
Job Brief: Initial 3-6 months, the responsibilities of this role will be to shadow and assist a Lead Production Team member in their day-to-day activities, performing administrative tasks and learning the role of a production lead. Post initial stage, responsibilities will expand to managing production for assigned products from start-to-finish, performing checks to validate deliverables and delivery methods, customer service (responding to inquiries/requests for internal clients) trouble- shooting user /tools issues and working on ad hoc production projects.
Operations:
Execute day-to-day activities such as approving new or renewal clients, responding to delivery inquiries, cross-checking sources to ensure accuracy across all records.
Coordinate from start to finish product deliveries and deadlines between related product lines based in and outside of the USA.
Communication:
Provide internal customers (Analyst, Business Development teams) with support as needed
Pro-actively work with the Analyst Teams to ensure monthly/quarterly/semiannual operational processes meets or exceeds all established metric fulfillment targets
Customer Service:
Provide timely follow-up for fulfillment requests that require additional client information
Receive and resolve and/or escalate customer issues and inquiries. Maintain customer focus while working in a fast-paced data-driven environment.
Project Support:
Undertake any other administrative tasks or projects as specified by manager
During down time, offer ideas to contribute in other ways and be open to opportunities and tasks that may require your assistance in other areas of the group
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, in business, marketing, economics or others applicable. Exceptional written, communication abilities. High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism. 95+% English writing and speaking skill level.
Others:
Experience in administrating or supporting product management and online client delivery
Knowledge and experience of fulfillment and client delivery methodology
A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite and a willingness and the ability to learn new programs quickly
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong capability to analyze and focus on details
Works with a sense of urgency with a “customer first” attitude
Technical skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization.
Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
