Overview

IDC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director to join our dynamic customer centric sales team. In this role, the candidate must be responsible for Taiwan country bookings and salespeople management. He/she must have depth of experience of sales process and people management, an established track record of managing and growing Enterprise customers and booking forecast accuracy, along with proficiency in solution selling and activities involved in a sales process and collaboration among regional and local stakeholders across internal and external. Must have a good discipline and fast learning to understand Corporate’s mission and guidance, and mentor sales members on the full portfolio of IDC products, new polices and new territory focus

Qualifications

  • 10-+ years quota-carrying experience in the Sales area of which 3-5 years in Sales management, accompanied with a wide experience at senior level in a service-oriented business.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience. (MBA preferred)
  • Good knowledge of ICT Industry trends
  • Strong understanding of the Taiwan ICT market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Corporate experience in companies: Solutions, enterprise software or professional services, management or marketing consulting background, or other research companies: such as Gartner, Forrester, Yankee, Ovum, TNS, Inform, etc
