IDC is seeking a Tender Administrator to support our Commercial, compliance, and operational teams to manage end-to-end bidding and tendering process, ensuring competitive, compliant proposals and maximizing the probability of winning tender exercises and grow bookings from China State-Owned Enterprises (SOE).

• Tender Information Sourcing & Management
• Bid/No-Bid Decision Support
• Bid/Tender Document Preparation (Core Function)
• Bid Submission & Process Execution
• Post-Submission Follow-up & Contracting

• Outstanding Project Management & Organization: Juggling multiple deadlines and complex tasks under pressure
• Superior Written Communication & Documentation Skills: Expertise in crafting clear, compelling, and professional business documents
• Strong Analytical & Comprehension Skills: Ability to quickly grasp complex requirements
• Excellent Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Leading cross-functional teams effectively
• Commercial Acumen: Understanding of pricing strategies, cost structures, and contract risks
• Negotiation Skills: (Especially post-award)
• Proficiency in Tender Regulations: Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Procurement Acts, Bid Protest procedures)
• Familiarity with E-Procurement/E-Tendering Platforms
• Resilience & Time Management: Thriving in deadline-driven, high-pressure environments
