About the Role & Team

IDC's Philippines is looking for an Associate Project Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for the management of processes that will allow IDC to successfully complete a complex research document in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Initiate, coordinate, and close projects based on a formal prescribed procedure
  • Create and monitor project schedules, including maintaining action logs
  • Train research analysts on specific project methodology and answer questions as they arise
  • Maintain the project calendar to ensure milestones and hit on time.
  • Create, edit, and maintain project-specific content such as interview summaries, survey questionnaires, project details/guidelines and various communications to sales representatives
  • Support pilot project initiatives to enhance overall project methodology and process as needed
  • Communicate & interact with IDC clients related to project needs
  • Communicate & interact with IDC analysts, sales and product management related to project needs

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • has at least 1-2 years working experience as project specialist/project coordinator.
  • Willing to work 7PM to 4AM shift local time in Manila to maximize overlap with U.S time zones
  • Ability to communicate and interact with many different personalities and roles within and outside the organization
  • Extremely organized, good with time management and communicates succinctly and often.
  • Willingness to identify areas of need and to be able to assist by taking on many different types of project activities
  • Reliable
  • Excellent English language skill – spoken and written
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to synthesize various inputs into a written format
  • Anticipates and heads off problems that can jeopardize deadlines
  • Personal time management with the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities
  • Basic research skills and knowledge
