Overview

You will be responsible for growing Events business in Asia Pacific, as well as maintaining our current portfolio.This is a quota bearing position will entail work both through the phone and face-to-face presentations. It will also entail all attributes of the sales cycle – from prospecting, needs assessment, proposal, and closing, to account management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Sales bookings• Achievement of sales bookings in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets• Responsible for achieving all personal monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by means of generating and closing new sales and renewal of existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients through inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, and CRM data. Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Qualify leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
  • Sales Execution Conduct virtual calls and presentations tailored to prospect needs. Understand customer pain points and position the company’s solution effectively. Negotiate pricing and close deals in alignment with company policies and margin objectives. Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to handoff for onboarding to event operations.
  • Growth & Expansion Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.C ollaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and messaging. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Experiment with new sales strategies and tools to improve conversion rates.
  • CRM & Reporting Accurately update CRM (Salesforce) with lead and deal activity. Track performance metrics including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to present to management.

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in inside sales, business development, or growth-focused roles (preferably in B2B SaaS or tech).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience
  • Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and closing skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on performance metricsResilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
