You will be part of a dynamic and friendly team within the APJ region to provide IT support to the users within region, you may work with the global IT team for global IT projects implementation. You will have chance to collaborate with team members from different countries and learn new technologies & different cultures.

Manage and maintain platforms to ensure expected availability, performance and security
levels are achieved.
- Provide support of assigned systems through troubleshooting and resolving problems reported.
- Provide Helpdesk and system support for the APJ region or the globe.
- Provide support for global/regional IT project implementation.
- Maintain documentation on systems, processes, and procedures.

- Bachelor is required.
- IT certification such as ITIL, Microsoft, AWS if preferred.
- Server hardware, operating systems, and software knowledge.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell.
- Experience with SaaS application/Cloud platform administration such as Office 365, Azure, AWS.
- Experience with IT networking.
- Willingness to learn.
- 3-5 years of network administration, or system administration experience.
- Positive work attitude.
- Available to work in a flexible schedule.
