About the Role & Team

This position is under the China AI Domain. Specifically focus on China Developer Ecosystem, Development tools, PaaS, Agent Infra and Opensource technologies. Creating robust and marketing leading research content, delivering consulting projects.

What You’ll Do

• Independent Research: Collect first hand data and product strategy information on mainstream development tools, open source software, PaaS and agent infra vendors in the market, and investigate the latest progress and differentiated features of leading products.
• Business Analysis: Analyze and assess the development trends of development tools, AI native platform, PaaS and AI agent markets. Create in-dept analysis on market trends, competitor analysis, product assessments, and market forecasts.
• Report Writing: Create market research, data analysis, market trend forecasting, and product evaluation reports.
• Consulting Services: Provide clients with technical, product, and market consulting services related to developer ecosystem, software development tools and opensource.

What You’ll Do

• Educational Background: Master's degree or above, preferably in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related fields.
• Proficient English Skills: Possess strong English proficiency, enabling independent research on cutting-edge technologies, mainstream products, and commercialization progress of global AI and lowcode/nocode development platforms.
• Work Experience: Must have over 3 years of work experience in the IT field, preferably in software development, Cloud or AI domains.
• Industry Background: Possess fundamental knowledge in software/Cloud development. Deep understanding of Cloud architecture. Knowledge of Opensource would be a huge plus.
• Professional Skills: Demonstrate independent research capabilities, deep analytical thinking, rigorous logic, and the ability to independently write reports and deliver consulting projects.
• Communication skills: Must be able to communicate clearly in Mandarin and English in a business environment. Public speaking experience would be a plus.
• Written skills: Must be able to create written content in Chinese and English.
