About the Role & Team

We are looking for a proactive individual to join the IDC China Finance GL team to support administrative tasks and assist in finance system improvement projects. The role operates in a dynamic environment involving high-volume transactions and multi-GAAP accounting exposure.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and safeguard company seals (“company chops”) and contract seals in compliance with internal policies.

• Perform basic contract reviews and highlight key risks or discrepancies.

• Coordinate with internal legal teams and external counsel on regulatory and government-related matters.

• Liaise with relevant government authorities when required.

• Provide administrative and operational support on finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in finance, legal administration, or a similar function.
• Hands-on experience in contract review and dealing with government authorities such as the Tax Bureau or Statistical Bureau.
• Legal background or exposure to legal documentation is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
