About the Role & Team

The Sales Operations Specialist – APAC supports regional sales success by ensuring forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and strong Salesforce data discipline. This role works closely with APAC sales leaders and Global RevOps to surface risks early, support key sales initiatives, and turn data into actionable insights. It’s a high‑impact opportunity for someone who enjoys operational rigor, cross‑functional collaboration, and visible contribution to business outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Ensure forecast readiness and pipeline visibility through accurate, timely Salesforce (Salesforce.com) data and reporting.
  • Track deal movement and pipeline health, clearly highlighting key changes and items at risk.
  • Own Salesforce opportunity and activity data quality, enforcing consistent standards and governance.   
  • Produce and maintain dashboards and reports that support sales leadership decision‑making.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Marketing to support execution and continuous process improvement. 

 

What You Bring

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 1–3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related role; internships, co‑ops, or rotational programs supporting sales, commercial, or analytical teams are welcomed.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Salesforce (Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting, dashboards, or data analysis tools is a plus. Strong willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Personal Attributes: Detail‑oriented and analytical with strong problem‑solving skills; adaptable, curious, and eager to learn; comfortable working with cross‑functional partners in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Travel: Minimal travel required (up to 10%).
