About the Role & Team

• Issue and Check VAT invoices to clients--- As in China the VAT invoice volume is high and requires 100% accuracy due to the strict VAT invoice policy, we need interns to support issuing the invoice in the Golden tax system and cross-check the accuracy of the invoice.
• Help to Upload the invoices to the Client Portal. --For Huawei/Alibaba group invoices, we need interns' support to upload the invoices to the customer systems.  
• Copy & scan the original materials as a Finance support file. --- For example, the interns take a very important role in finding the paper documents in daily work especially when there are Audit requests, they need to find the AR-related paper documents such as bank receipts, VAT invoices hardcopy, signed paper contracts in the storage room then provide them to the audit agent. 
• Record signed client contracts status and file them out --We need the intern's support to record the paper signed contracts' receiving status in the forms when handed over by the CSR and maintain them in good order in the storage room.  5, Other tasks in urgent. Such as checking the VAT invoices hardcopy in the month-end closing period./printing some materials/helping to post the invoices to the customers.
