About the Role & Team

This role is an exciting opportunity to support the successful delivery of IDC’s Global Data Products and contribute directly to a high-quality client experience. You will join a collaborative, globally distributed team, working with colleagues across different countries and gaining exposure to diverse perspectives, cultures, and ways of working.  You will provide production and client fulfillment support for subscription-based and ad hoc data requests while developing valuable expertise in IDC’s products, tools, and production processes. During the first three to six months, you will work closely with an experienced Production Team member, supporting daily activities, completing administrative tasks, and learning the responsibilities of a Production Lead. As your knowledge and experience grow, you will take ownership of assigned products from start to finish, validate deliverables, respond to internal client inquiries, troubleshoot user and tool issues, and contribute to ad hoc production projects.  This position offers a unique opportunity to become a key member of the Production Team while collaborating internationally and helping IDC deliver accurate, timely, and reliable data to its clients.

What You’ll Do

• Execute day-to-day fulfillment activities, including reviewing and approving new and renewal client requests and responding to delivery inquiries.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, deadlines, and dependencies across related product lines.
• Validate deliverables by cross-checking sources and records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
• Track and troubleshoot product delivery, client, user, and tool-related issues, escalating them when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Analyst Teams and other internal stakeholders to implement product changes and meet established fulfillment targets.
• Provide timely support to internal customers through Microsoft Teams and email, while maintaining client profiles, issue logs, reports, and product change trackers.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree, in business, marketing, economics or others applicable. Exceptional written, communication abilities. High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism. 95+% English writing and speaking skill level. Experience in administrating or supporting product management and client delivery via web interface
• Knowledge and experience of fulfillment and client delivery methodology
• A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite and a willingness and the ability to learn new programs quickly
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong capability to analyze and focus on details
• Works with a sense of urgency with a “customer first” attitude
• Advanced time management skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Natural ability to enjoy and handle detailed work and data accurately
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure or unpredictable situations
• Ability to work with remote teams across different specialist areas
